Who we are
Stitchfall is made by Shravan Goswami, who runs Chaosmos. "We" and "us" in these terms mean him. You can reach us at hello@chaosmos.studio.
Agreeing to these terms
By playing Stitchfall, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play it. If you are under the age at which you can agree to terms like these where you live, a parent or guardian needs to agree for you.
Playing the game
You may play Stitchfall for your own enjoyment, and share links to it and pictures or videos of you playing it. The game, its rooms, art, sounds, music and code belong to us, or to the people credited on its credits page. Please do not sell the game or its parts, or publish it elsewhere as your own.
The source code
The game's source code is public on GitHub so anyone can read how it is made. Being able to read it does not give you a licence to reuse it. Its fonts carry their own open licences, which are listed on the credits page.
Things you share
Comments on the support page are posted through GitHub and follow GitHub's terms. Please keep anything you post kind and lawful.
Changes to the game
Stitchfall is still growing. Updates can add, change or remove rooms and features, and we may one day stop offering the game.
The game as it is
We make Stitchfall with care, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of bugs, as far as the law allows. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.
Your rights under the law
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live. Where these terms and those laws differ, the laws win.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of the laws of your own country.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
